What is Imogene's and WERCreations?
Imogene's is a clothing manufacturer, retail and online store featuring women's plus size clothing up to 8x. Our clothing line is designed and made by fully qualified, experienced professionals. We operate as a Social Enterprise in support of the Women's Employment Resource Centre (aka WERC) in Woodstock, Ontario.
Any profit earned through Imogene's and WERCreations is invested back into the programs and services offered by the centre, including our Workplace Skills Development Program.
We are also thankful for funding from the Trillium Foundation.
"WERCreations" encompasses the wide variety of local artisans' works we carry in our retail store, including stained glass, gift cards, handcrafted jewellery, hand-made candles, painted glassware, textiles, original framed art, photography and many more unique creations.
We also make knotted blankets in four sizes that are sold under the WERCreations name at very reasonable prices as well as a variety of handbags.
