Returns must be made within 15 days of the date of shipment. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment. Imogene's and WERCreations does not give store credits.

Under garments: No returns or exchanges on underwear.

Sale Merchandise: No returns will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges will be given up to 15 days from date of shipment.
